Yelena Fricker

Yelena is an 18-year-old queer and non-binary aspiring Actor, currently a 1st Year BA Acting student at University of Plymouth.

The start of their theatre training was spent at Dorchester Stagecoach Theatre Arts school for 13 years. During Stagecoach they took part in being a choir member for the touring production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat for 2 weeks in 2016 (featuring Joe McElderry and Lucy Kay).

Since being at University, Yelena has been involved in a student short film module project with 2nd Year Film and Screen arts students, and has worked with Scene 4 Theatre company performing Shakespeare monologues.

Yelena is currently part of the musical theatre society at University and has recently performed as Vivienne in their production of Legally Blonde: The Musical.
